Who We Are
Fengyu is a real estate private equity firm focus on global real estate. Since inception in 2019, we have raised close to SGD20 million of equity and invested in excess of SGD70 million of assets on behalf of our clients in various real estate asset classes, including coffeeshop, shophouse, strata office unit, strata retail unit and residential property across Asia Pacific Regions. Currently we have over SGD40 million of assets under management.
